Supra spinatous tendinopathy


Findings
The MRIs show increased signal in the supraspinatus tendon near its humeral attachment consistent with tendinopathy.
The “normal” image shows the typical low signal appearance of the tendon.
Discussion
The supraspinatus is the most commonly injured of the 4 rotator cuff muscles. Tendinopathy is inflammation of the tendon due to overuse injury
