Paget's Disease

The hallmark imaging features of Pagets disease are: Increased density, Increased size, and Coarsened trabeculae. The lesion usually abuts a joint margin and then marches relentlessly without skip areas, often showing a flame shaped or blade-of-grass lead edge. Complications include
deformities, fractures,
premature OA,
